Youth Clothing Exchange & Bed apparel
This is similar to a library exchange to support families to reduce the cost to clothe their children, and it also supports the environment, as we exchange excess clothes without excess manufacture. These goods have been donated to share with those who wish to collaborate with our service.
1. Step one & two above
2. Cost is $5 per youth to access the service in each area of exchange. Eg $5 for clothing & $5 for books, would be $10 per youth access both areas.
3. The amount of clothing brought in is the amount of clothing that is able to be taken out. E.g. bring in a jacket, pants and a shirt, you can take out a jacket, pants and a shirt or of similar. This also applies to books.
4. Bring in a size that is not longer suitable for your child and you exchange for a size that is suitable.
5. Clothing must be washed and in good condition, (no holes, not stretched or soiled) before exchange, as we do not have the funding or facilities to wash before going on to the shelf.
6. If items are considered not good quality, these items can be donated for the free section, this will have no cost to do so and does not qualify for an exchange.
7. When stocks are in excess some clothing items and books may be offered for sale.
8. All bed apparel will be sold there is no exchange on these items.
