From Vision to Seeding Life

We stand bringing our hearts to share and to remind all who are ready to see and listen, bridging them with the elevated space being co-creating as we walk.  

Sunday the 16th July we officially shared our first breath. As people we expressed our energy through our organisation, Healthy Self Wellness York by seeding it with beautiful souls who ate with us and gifted us, to energise the exchange rooms. 

The day was a beautiful way to be seeded with heartful energy, that will continue to bloom in every step forward.
